Welcome to my site showing all photographs I took on the Rally Supercar Day 2001 which took place at Castle Combe Race Circuit on 5th May 2001.
The event was extremely well organised by the Mitsubishi Lancer Register and I would like to thank Brian and everyone involved for all their hard work in providing such a professional event!
The event included static displays of Rally Cars past and present, displays by various car clubs and traders, the all important track sessions and parades, Russ Swift doing his precision driving routine and lastly the highlight of the day the special rally stage featuring Pentti Airikkala with the actual Mitsubishi Lancer 2000 turbo he drove to 3rd place in the 1982 1000 Lakes Rally of Finland.
